News Release FNB Receives BBBS Corporate Partner of the Year Award

Fairfield National Bank was the proud recipient of the Corporate Partner of the Year award at the Big Brothers / Big Sisters annual dinner held on February 23, 2010.
FNB was honored for its commitment to the children in the BBBS program and for its continuous support of the agency through volunteer efforts, financial support, and presence on the Board of Directors.

Current FNB employees serving as either a Big Brother or Big Sister include: Cindy Moore, Jamie Binkley, Sean Murnane, Marsha Burton, Cyndi Fox, Katy Storts and Peggy Hall. Past volunteers include: Scott Reed, Mareion Royster, Tony Garlinger, Molly Bates and Heather Wiley. Each volunteer donates a lunch period, one day per week for the school year to mentoring their Little Brother or Little Sister, helping to develop the self confidence they need to improve their academic performance and/or social skills as they grow toward becoming strong, capable graduates. Board members have included: Grace Cline, Linda Harris, and currently, Laura Tussing, President of the Board of Directors.
