News Release Wiley Promoted to Banking Officer at FNB

Fairfield National Bank President, Steve Wells, is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Wiley to Banking Officer. Wiley began her career at FNB in 1996 as a part-time Float Teller, but quickly moved to a full time Customer Service Representative at our Kroger West office. She held various positions in branch management and marketing before becoming a Human Resources Assistant in 2003. Wiley became an Administrative Officer in May of 2005, and was named the Human Resources Manager in 2009. She will continue this position as a Banking Officer.

Wiley graduated from Ohio University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. She has served as Secretary of the Parish Relations Committee of Shalom United Methodist Church, is the previous Treasurer and current President-Elect of the Lancaster Area Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves as Secretary of the Friends of the Fairfield County District Library. Wiley resides in Carroll with her husband, Jason and daughter, Kathryn.
