Lancaster Boasts Industrial Community with Sites Available for Business Development

These sites allow for a Workforce Performance Grant that provides up to a 10-year, 50 percent income tax rebate to manufacturers. Additionally, Rock Mill, Ruble Industrial Park and 411 South Ewing are Pre-1994 Community Reinvestment areas, providing incentives for a 15-year, 100 percent real property tax abatement for improvements of more than $250,000.
