Ohio University Lancaster and Pickerington Center

Fairfield County is home to Ohio University Lancaster, a branch campus of Ohio University. It is also home to Ohio Universitys Pickerington Center, established to serve the Northwest quadrant of Fairfield County and the greater Columbus area. Both campuses provide students a high-quality OHIO education, delivered by world-class faculty, in the Fairfield County community.


Ohio University Lancaster and the Pickerington Center is committed to being a strong partner to local business and industry, offering flexible, customizable solutions for a variety of workforce/training needs. Workforce Development provides workforce training and custom programs to meet the unique needs of business, industry, and small employers. The focus is to strengthen existing workforce skills, provide education and training for the future workforce and support community development initiatives that impact workforce development in our regions.


Eastland-Fairfield Career Center

Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools strives to offer high-tech, in-demand programs to better position students for a successful future.


Included in the Eastland-Fairfield district are nearly 2,500 adult education students who attend classes offered by the Adult Workforce Development Center and its Lancaster and Columbus satellite locations. Seven full-time programs and many part-time programs are offered for adults.
